Meet Amberley Hughes
Realtor, Owner, Property Manager
I have been a licensed Texas Realtor since 2017 and have helped almost 200 buyers and sellers since starting my work in Real Estate. My main priority as a Realtor is assisting and supporting my clients from the first conversation to long after their closings. I believe my clients deserve to work with someone who values integrity, professionalism, ingenuity, and ambition. I've worked with many different buyers and sellers in all different parts of the world and will always make myself available to you in order to get you successfully to the closing table. I take pride in understanding our market and explaining contracts and details to you in a way that you fully understand and feel comfortable moving forward and feel confident in your decisions.
A little background about myself, I am originally from Florida and moved here in 2015 when Michael received orders to Fort Bliss. Since then we have lived in several areas of El Paso and have completed many live-in renovations and turned those into long term rentals. In addition, we also own an AirBnB in Ruidoso, NM where we like to visit frequently for a quick getaway.
Traveling is quickly becoming a favorite thing to do when the opportunity presents itself and after visiting France and England recently you could say I’ve been bit by the travel bug. When we’re not traveling or working I can usually be found at Double T Quarter Horse Farm in Anthony, NM training with my lease horse, Over BN Lazy (Ben).
My formal education background is in Business Administration focused on Marketing. I earned my BA from UTEP right here in El Paso and would highly recommend the university to anyone looking to further their education as well. I try to put my all in everything I do, especially for my family and my clients and truly believe you get out what you put in.

Meet Michael Hughes
Broker, Owner, Army Veteran
I am originally from Ocala, Florida, and grew up there until leaving for the Army in 2010. I’ve lived in El Paso since 2015 when I was stationed here after graduating from West Point in 2014 and completing BOLC (Basic Officers Leaders Course) shortly after.
I have been a practicing Realtor since 2015 and launched our real estate business while I was on active duty and have continued to grow it exponentially in the years following my ETS from the Army in 2019.
I have a passion for helping others buy and sell homes and more importantly helping them grow wealth through homeownership and real estate investment. I am active in the community and often give talks and seminars on the importance of personal finance, budgeting, and investment. In addition to real estate, I enjoy language learning and I’m fluent in French as well as obtaining an elementary proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
In my spare time, I also enjoy reading about many different forms of real estate and personal improvement as well as traveling as much as possible to gain experiences from different countries and cultures around the world. I also enjoy exercising and spending time outdoors whether it’s a walk with our dog, hiking and swimming in Ruidoso, or spending time trail riding in NM.

I was born and raised in Southern California. I decided to join the United States Army straight out of high school where I served as a PATRIOT Systems Repairer. I spent most of my time in service at Fort Bliss, Texas where I met my wife, Paola. We have 4 beautiful children together that keep us both very busy!
While serving active duty, I decided to pick up my license in 2014 to practice Real Estate. It's something I grew up with since my father was, and is still, a Real Estate agent in Southern California. It was always something I knew I wanted to end up doing since I was surrounded by it.
After practicing Real Estate for a couple of years, I decided I wanted to take some time off and explore. I ended up taking a job in the United Arab Emirates as a Field Engineer. I helped train foreign soldiers, assist and advise commanders, and maintain defensive weapon systems for multiple sites to ensure certain assets were defended. While there, I got to explore and learn about other cultures.
After 3 and a half years in the United Arab Emirates, I decided to move back to El Paso, Texas to pursue my true passion, Real Estate. I joined PCS Home Realty because I believe in their mission. When I was in the Army, I wished I had a Realtor that knew and understood VA loans. So, I became that Realtor. Now, I have the opportunity to serve those who serve us, and that truly is an honor. There's no greater joy for me than securing a home for a family that's PCSing to Fort Bliss or helping a seller sell their home so that they can move on to the next chapter of their life.
Although I grew up in Southern California, El Paso has really become home for me. I enjoy reading, working out, and playing video games.
Above all that, I love being a father to my four kids, and raising them with my wife Paola!

I was born in Fresno, CA, but grew up in Milwaukee, WI. I attended college at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, from 2013-2017. After graduation, I completed the Air Defense Artillery Basic Officer Leadership Course in Fort Sill, OK and was stationed in Fort Bliss, TX. Over my tenure as an Army Officer, I have had two deployments to Qatar and Iraq/Jordan, respectively, and have completed one rotation to the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA. I have had the great opportunity to serve with Delta and Headquarters & Headquarters Battery, 1-43 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, and 2nd Armor Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division. I will continue to serve and am in the process of joining the Army Reserves.
I am happily married to the love of my life, Pata, who I met when visiting my family relatives in Laos in 2010. Since graduating college in 2017, I made the best decision of my life to go back to her country to marry her and five years later in 2022, she was able to join me here in the United States. In our free time, we love going out to hike, explore new restaurants in El Paso, and working out at the gym (Sho-Offz Fitness)! We have goals of traveling abroad and have been to some amazing countries including Singapore, Bali, and Thailand.
Since leaving Active Duty in April 2023, I completed my Career Skills Program with PCS Home Realty and received my Texas Real Estate License! I have always wanted to get into Real Estate and have realized the potential it has to helping people find their dream home and achieve their financial goals.
